Sale/clearance items and yixing tea ware are final sale.
Opened and/or used tea accessories are not eligible for a refund.
If a return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error, we may provide you with a postage-paid shipping label to return to us depending on the reason. Otherwise, the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will be deducted from your refund amount.
