This tea is a CTC, which stands for “Crush Tear Curl." CTC is a processing method where Assam black tea leaves are machine processed and usually fully oxidized. It's considered lesser quality to orthodox Assam, but produces a more robust and rich brew.

How to Brew: Steep 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz. of water for 3-5 minutes. You can make traditional chai by boiling with milk. Ideal water temperature: 190-212°F
