Legend goes that monks planted tea trees on Lu Shan mountain, where Could & Fog is still presently grown. Named after the weather conditions on Lu Shan mountain, this tea is harvested during the Qing Ming Festival in spring. The best leaves are light jade in color and known to boast a healthy amount of tea alkaloid and Vitamin C.
