What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered and will gladly accept return on unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund minus any shipping fees.
There are a couple exceptions to this:
- Opened tea, including loose leaf and packaged tea, cannot be returned due to health regulations.
- Sale/clearance items and yixing tea ware are final sale.
- Opened and/or used tea accessories are not eligible for a refund.
If a return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error, we may provide you with a postage-paid shipping label to return to us depending on the reason. Otherwise, the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges are accepted for items that are incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipment.

Can I return an item given to me as a gift?
Yes, you may return a gifted item as long as it adheres to our return policy as stated above. Please mention that the item was a gift when you contact us.
