Return Policy

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered and will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. However, there are a couple exceptions to this:

- Opened tea, including loose leaf and packaged tea, cannot be returned due to health regulations.
- Yixing teaware and sale items are final sale. 

If the reason for a return is due to a manufacturer defect or due to our error, we will give you an RMA number with a shipping label to return it to us free of charge. Otherwise, an amount of $5.95 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of shipping it back to us.

How do I return an item I purchased?

Please send us an email or call us at 1-888-TEA-HERB, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Any orders sent back to us without prior communication with us or an RMA will not be honored.

Can I return an item given to me as a gift?

Yes, you may return a gifted item as long as it adheres to our return policy as stated above. Please mention that the item was a gift when you contact us.

What do I do if I received an incorrect, damaged or defective item?

Our apologies if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Please send us an email or call us at 1-888-TEA-HERB, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm PST and we'll get a replacement to you soon!

Can I return items I purchased online at one of your stores?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment, but we are looking into this option in the near future.
