Free US Shipping on Orders of $49+
All orders of $49 or more AFTER any discounts applied and BEFORE taxes are valid for free shipping within the United States. No code necessary. Valid only on orders shipped within the US.
We will do our best to ship orders out in the order received as quickly as possible, but we cannot make any guarantees, nor responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Signature Confirmation for Orders above $150
Due to an increase of customers not receiving their order after tracking showing that it has been delivered, we are automatically adding Signature Confirmation to all orders of $150 or more. Someone will have to sign for your package when it is delivered. This is to ensure that you receive your order and an attempt to cut down on lost packages.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday by end of day (excluding U.S. holidays as dictated by the carriers we use). Most orders usually take 1-3 business days (this does not include weekends) to be processed. If there is a promotion, orders may take a bit longer to process. Choosing a faster shipping method does not speed up the processing time of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.
How long will my order take to get to me?
We ship from El Monte, CA (91733). There is a processing time of 1-3 business days for most orders. Please keep in mind that all orders have a processing time AND a shipping time. Choosing a faster shipping method does not speed up the processing time of your order.
The shipping time of each shipping method is as follows:
- USPS First Class - 1 to 3 business days, for orders up to 13 oz.
- USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 3 business days, for orders more than 13 oz., see map below:
- UPS Ground - 1 to 5 business days, see map below:
What are your shipping rates?
We ship orders using USPS (either First Class or Priority Mail) and UPS Ground. The rates are based on the weight of your order and the distance it'll be shipped from our warehouse in El Monte, CA (91733). If an option is available for your order, it will show up automatically when you calculate shipping during checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be posted. If you are a registered user, you can also log in and track your order from your account.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, and FPOs?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, and FPOs using USPS Priority Mail. The rates are based on the weight of your order and destination. If you intend to have your order shipped to a P.O. box, APO, or FPO, please select "Priority Mail" for your shipping option, even if there are other shipping methods available. Your order may be delayed if you do not choose the correct option.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories?
To our tea lovers which are tea must travel a bit further.... Yes, we ship to all 50 states in the United States and its territories. The rate is based on the weight of your order and destination.
Do you ship around the world?
We would love to share our tea all over the world. We can ship globally, however you will have to pay the shipping rates. Bird Pick is not responsible for duties or lost packages in transit. The rate is based on the weight of your order and destination from our Southern California warehouse.
