Each packet contains enough ingredients for about 8 cups of tea, including about 2 oz. bai mu er, 50g dried longan, 20 pitted red dates, 10 goji berries, and instructions on the back.

How to Brew

  1. Soak bai mu er in a bowl of hot water, cover for 30 minutes or until bai mu er is puffy and a lighter color. Using kitchen scissors, trim and discard the dark yellow part on the underside. Cut remaining bai mu er to smaller pieces and put aside.
  2. In a large pot, add water, remaining bai mu er pieces, longan, red dates, and goji berries. Bring to a boil, then simmer with lid ajar for 30 minutes. For a softer consistency of the bai mu er, simmer longer.
  3. Add rock sugar to taste. Turn heat off when sugar is fully dissolved.
  4. Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!
