Fukamushi Sencha is a traditional Japanese tea grown on the esteemed Komaki Estates in Kagoshima, Japan. Fukamushi mean "deep steamed" and is known for its creamy buttery notes. Made from the Saemidori cultivar blend, harvested leaves are carefully deep steamed to produce a well-rounded flavor. With a mild astringency, its natural bitterness and fragrance can be fully enjoyed at any time of day.

How to Brew
Start with filtered water for the best brew.
Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea for every 8 oz. of hot water. Adjust amount to your preferences.
The ideal water temperature is just under boiling point, between 150-160°F.
