About This Tea
Jiao Gu Lan is also known as "Poor Man’s Ginseng" or "Miracle Grass." This herbaceous vine is indigenous to southern China, Korea, and Japan. A sister to Ginseng, this powerful herb is best known to have high antioxidants and adaptogenic effects that promote longevity. Jiao Gu Lan has been known to improve memory and prevent hair loss.

How to Brew
|- Start with filtered water for the best brew.
- Use 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8 oz. of hot water. Adjust amount to your preferences.
- The ideal water temperature is just under boiling point, between 200-212°F.
- Brew this tea for 5 to 7 minutes.
