Brown Rice Tea, or Genmaicha, is a blend of sencha green tea and roasted brown rice. Once only consumed by the lower class as a way to stretch their supply of tea, Genmaicha is now appreciated and enjoyed by all due to its unique, soothing, and toasty flavor.
Certified under the Nation Organic Program (NOP), this genmaicha is made of organic sencha and organic brown rice tea. We suggest using one rounded teaspoon to 4 oz. of water and brew for at least 40 seconds.
