White Peony, also known as Bai Mu Dan, is a delicate white tea that's minimally processed, lightly oxidized and full of antioxidants. Made from plucks each with one leaf shoot and two young leaves, this tea is sometimes preferred by white tea drinkers for its fuller flavor and greater potency.
