High Grade China White is cultivated from large tea trees called Da Bai, or “Big White,” that have been around since the late 1800s. A fine tea for everyday drinking, you can enjoy multiple steepings to unravel all its earthy and creamy flavors. As with most white teas, High Grade China White is minimally processed, full of antioxidants, and naturally low in caffeine. This new batch yields a slightly darker leaf appearance, with a slightly nuttier profile, due to varying environmental conditions.
