About This Tea
High Grade China White is cultivated from large tea trees called Dai Bai, or “Big White,” that have been around since the late 1800s. A fine tea for everyday drinking, you can enjoy multiple steepings to unravel all its earthy and creamy flavors. As with most white teas, High Grade China White is minimally processed, full of antioxidants, and low in caffeine.

How to Brew
|- Start with filtered water for the best brew.
- Use 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8 oz. of hot water. You can adjust amount to your preferences.
- The ideal water temperature is between 160-170°F.
