A melange of quality Assam Second Flush CTC with ginger, peppercorns, cinnamon bark, cardamom pods, and cloves. It's commonly enjoyed by boiling with milk and adding sugar, but is also great brewed with just water.
This tea is a CTC, which stands for “Crush Tear Curl." CTC is a processing method where Assam black tea leaves are machine processed and usually fully oxidized. It's considered lesser quality to orthodox Assam, but produces a more robust and rich brew.

Brewing Directions
Steep 1 tsp of tea per 8 oz. of water for 3-5 minutes.
Ideal water temperature: 190-212°F
You can also make traditional chai by boiling with milk.
