Also known as rose haw or rose hep, Rose Hip is the fruit of the rose plant and can be found just below the rose petal. Known for its extremely high Vitamin C content, they are believed to deliver powerful defense against a cold while also aiding as a mild diuretic to help flush your body from toxins. How to Brew
- Start with filtered water for the best brew.
- Use 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8 oz. of hot water. Adjust amount to your preferences.
