Grown on A-Li Shan Mountain, one of the most famous oolong growing areas in Taiwan, Alishan Oolong Tea is made from hand-picked tea that boast two or three leaves per stem from the top of the tea bush. These leaves are then hand-processed and rolled, resulting in its round, slightly crumpled look that unfurls when brewed, imparting a fragrant aroma and distinct creamy and nutty tones.
