While we carry both the buds and flowers of Chrysanthemum, the difference lies in the taste. Chrysanthemum flowers have a stronger taste while the buds brew delicate and light. Chrysanthemum means “Golden Flower” in Greek. It has been traditionally used in Chinese medicine since the 15th century to help cool and detoxify the body.
